		<description>Hi Kelly, I have to agree easting more smaller meals it far better for you then eating 2 or three big meals. I&#039;ve been working out for about 8 weeks now (in my ninth) and I eat really healthy. 

See I started gaining  a lot of weight and simply eating healthy wasn&#039;t asking it off so I bought a gym members ship.

Now I run 32 minutes a day on the treadmill and have a detailed workout plan I follow weekly. I also start doing morning Protein shakes. They are really great and keep me full!

This is my morning routine 5 days a week right now.

8:00am Protein Shake (56 g of protein)
9:00am Apple
10:00am Banana
11:00am Grape Fruit (I love it)

I look forward to following your blog I&#039;m always open for healthy eating ideas. Nice to meet you :)</description>
